

Spreadįollowing the August 2022 trailer, the characters saw an initial spike in popularity as subjects of fan art. In the game, The Twins are creations of roboticist Dmitry Sechenov, and always accompany him as his personal bodyguards and assistants. On February 21st, 2023, Atomic Heart was officially released. In addition to trailers, The Twins also appear on the cover art of the game and in other promotional materials leading up to the title's release date. On January 3rd, 2023, the gameplay reveal trailer for the game premiered, with The Twins appearing in the trailer (shown below).

The trailer introduced two robotic characters, officially called The Twins (also referred to as "Left" and "Right"), who appear as tall metallic women wearing crown braids with a red star on their foreheads.

On August 25th, 2022, the official trailer for the then-upcoming video game Atomic Heart premiered on YouTube.
